The hotel is located close to the main street which offers easy access to the city. the rooms appear to be soundproof which cuts off the noise from outside. the beds are very comfortable, so I slept well after long flights.
the front desk didn't bother to attend to my complaints.

Unfortunately, there were no positive aspects of our stay at this hotel. The location was not convenient and there were no nearby attractions or amenities. the hotel lacked basic facilities and services that are expected of a hotel.
Staff was unhelpful. They didn't clean the rooms properly and ignored our complaints about the AC, even after multiple reminders.
